Shanti Travel Indonesia was created in 2013. However, we started creating trips in India in 2005. We now offer tailor made holidays in 25 countries from Armenia to Vietnam, from Japan to Sri Lanka. Shanti Travel is now a well-established local travel agency specialized in Asia.
Most of our team in Bali is under 30-years old. They spend most of their free time exploring the archipelago and are eager to share their love of travels and their passion for the country over the phone with you. They are always looking for hidden gems, good restaurants, hidden beaches and general tips to make your holiday in Indonesia an unforgettable one.
From the first enquiry you make on our website until you come back home after your holiday in Indonesia you will be in touch with the same person: your travel expert. On your first day in Indonesia you will meet them, they will give you your travel documents and a few useful tips to help you make the most of your holiday in Indonesia.
For your holiday in Indonesia you can book the service of a driver. All our drivers are English-speaking and will drive you safely across the country. You can also choose to travel with a national guide to learn more about the history and culture of the country but also to discover off-the-beaten-track places.
Our Indonesian team is base in Bali. Some of our travel experts are locals, others are foreigners but they all have the same passion for the archipelago and are eager to share their knowledge with you.
You will receive your program 48 hours after your first enquiry on our website. Then your travel expert will be available to make any changes and answer your questions by email or over the phone on the following. During your holiday in Indonesia we try to be even quicker and answer any of your questions in less than 24 hours.

We go to 200 hotels a year, about 50 of them are new partners, to make sure the service they provide is of great quality. To decide if we will work with a new partner or not, we carefully evaluate the comfort and style of the room, the service provided by the staff, the facilities but also their engagement for a sustainable tourism.
We, at Shanti Travel, strongly believe in the possibility of a more sustainable way to enjoy the world. Sustainability is always in the back of our heads when creating a tailor made holiday. When you land for your holiday in Indonesia, you will be given a mobile phone, or a SIM card, so you can reach your travel expert 24/7. During your trip it will also be very useful to stay in touch with your driver or guide and avoid waiting times at the reception or after a visit.
